My husband has Cystic Fibrosis so we knew from the get go we would have to do IVF. We just didn't know I would be a reason also. After starting IVF preparations one year ago,I was diagnosed with PCOS and I had a large cyst on my right ovary that had to be removed along with my right fallopian tube. I did an egg retrieval in October and my transfer was cancelled due to OHSS and high estrogen and progesterone levels. We have a FET scheduled for 12/10. We have 5 embryos in the freezer that are graded average to poor. I am so hopeful our transfer will work.

My husband and I have been ttc for three years. We have done IVF three times. The first resulted in a single embryo. We got pregnant, but miscarried 7/9/13. The second resulted in zero (!) embryos. The third time was the charm, embryo-wise, and we got nine grade A embryos. Again, we got pregnant with a single embryo but -- believe it or not-- we miscarried on 7/9/14. Since then we have attempted two frozen transfers, both unsuccessful. Currently we are taking a break to attempt some weight loss and get our sanity back. I also blog at My faith is strong, and hope never eludes me. We WILL have a baby, I am determined of this!

How fun! I'm not going to enter so that someone needing the extra little baby dust can win the bracelet. It is beautiful!

A little bit of my story. .. hmmm how do I keep this little? Almost 5 years.ago my hubby and I tried for a baby and 4 months into trying we got pregnant! We were ecstatic, never did our story now cross our minds. In between 7 to 8 weeks we lost our baby. It was devastating but kept trying but every time we accomplished to get pregnant it resulted into a chemical pregnancy., this happened about 5 more times after our miscarriage. We saw two different doctors and none could find a problem. Unfortunately I fall into unexplained infertility. I tried 4 IUIs and 3 failed and one resulted in a chemical. After that I did IVF and once again FAILED! I am now into my second FET and am really hopeful that this is it. Praying for all my TTC sisters and may God bless you all xoxo

Wow thank you so much Jessah and Fertile Gems for this wonderful giveaway. I have been ttc for almost 4 years now. We began our ivf journey in September 2012 and so far we have done two fresh cycles and 4 FETS, 2 laparoscopies to remove endo and two attempts at our third ivf fresh cycle which both have been cancelled. I went to my baseline scan and bloods last Thursday ready to start our third attempt at ivf number 3 only to find out we were pregnant instead. We were overjoyed and felt like this truly was our miracle. This was short lived though as I start to bleed on the weekend and found out yesterday that my levels had dropped. We are both devasted and not thinking clearly as to where we will go next. Your story Jessah gives me hope and I am so extremely happy for you.

Thanks for hosting such a thoughtful giveaway. My husband and I have been TTC for 19 months and suffered our first miscarriage in August of this year. Our struggles are all tied to issues with my uterus, ovaries and blood and sometimes the guilt and sadness is overwhelming. Following blogs, such as yours, has helped heal my heart, calmed my feelings of crazy and given me hope. Thank you =)

I have read your blog for a while now... It was one of the first ones I found and started reading when my own struggle became too much and I felt like I was alone, with no one understanding me. We have battled infertility for a total of 8 years, and it has not gotten any easier. I love that your story is getting the happy ending you deserve!

Bless all you lovely ladies… I truly feel so uber blessed just to have found your blog & then this on top if it is amazing. I am so sorry for your struggles & will be praying for all of us. I have the cutest little 6 year old hunk & my hubs & I decided we just had to try for one more. We conceived so easily prior & thought it would happen asap… we are on month 6 now & I know that’s not quite time to get worries just yet, but I am freaking out a little/lot. I know what it is like to want that sweet baby so badly. I hate feeling every little ache or pain when it comes time to either celebrate or get that unwanted monthly friend each month. I have faith that is will happen & when it does this mama & daddy & little man will surely celebrate! This is such a special heartfelt gift all you gals are giving! Thank you so much for the sweet Chance!

P/S love ya via fb

What a generous gift!!! My husband and I have been dealing with IF for 5 years, have had 4 miscarriages (two of which were ectopic), adopted our beautiful daughter last year and are still praying for our bio-baby.

Jess you are such an amazing person and this is just one of the many examples. Thank you for continuing to be there for all of us that are still in the trenches.

Congrats on your little guy!

I'm happy to be doing this giveaway with you! :)

We've been TTC for 12 years with no pregnancy. My hubby is a full time college student so we are "inactive" right now. When he graduates we'll get back to TTC full force with IVF, adoption, whatever we decide when the time comes.

I've been following your journey through this blog for a very long time and your story gives me hope everyday! We've been TTC without success for 3 years. I have endo and DH has male infertility. We have been told IVF w/ICSI is our only way of conceiving naturally though we have proven that wrong a couple of times but not with a take home baby. We are hoping to start IVF in the spring of next year.

Never heard of fertile gems, love this bracelet though! Following you on multiple accounts ;) Hope you are doing well!

What a great giveaway! Congrats on your success... We are on our 3rd ivf. Our frozen transfer is the 8th of December. This time around we did the pgd testing so the two embryos we have left should be good! Praying my body responds to the meds because we have had to cancel several rounds because my lining didn't get thick enough!
